We will stay in
superior lodges in single occupancy rooms and
all meals and daily excursions are included.
We begin our holiday
travelling to Norfolk
to enjoy a four night stay in
superior lodges surrounded by countryside and
picturesque scenery. There is a indoor swimming pool and on site
pub.
Places of interests we may visit include
Banham Zoo.
All the favourites penguins, big cats, giraffes and seals are
present here, and other highlights include the zoo’s magnificent
snow leopards, cheetahs and tigers, as well as some of its more
unusual mammals, such as red pandas and maned wolves. Another day we
may spend at Bressingham
Steam Railway, museum and gardens
where will enjoy a trip on the narrow gauge steam train, carousel, a
stroll through the beautiful gardens and a visit to the Dad’s Army
exhibition is a must! Also step back in time and discover the magic
of steam trains and travel with a journey on the
Bure Valley Railway,
Norfolk’s longest narrow-gauge heritage railway.
We
then travel to Canterbury
on
Friday to enjoy a three night weekend stay in
superior lodges.
We may visit
Chatham Maritime Museum
which has 400 hundred years of naval history, various vessels which
include submarines, the frigate HMS Gannett and interactive museums.
A trip to Leeds Castle
is a must! Explore this historic castle and then take in the
glorious scenery as you stroll through the gardens filled with
fragrant flowers and admire the seasonal blooms.
We may steam
through beautiful countryside to Bodiam Castle on the Kent
and East Sussex Railway to enjoy the beautiful
Weald of Kent and East Sussex.
